The benefits of meditation are now widely recognised in our Western world and culture. The meditation practice has extended in countless different forms bypassing the old conception of “sitting down and don’t think about anything”.
When we are able to focus our mind on a specific task – visualising, breathing, chanting, walking, etc – we reach a relaxed state that diminish almost immediately our stress levels. Meditation is a big component in my practice and I utilise this technique with almost every client. We will explore the best technique for you allowing you to feel comfortable reaching that relaxed state that often is the cause of discomfort or disease. |
